The grand lobby, beautiful park setting, and friendly staff created a welcoming atmosphere. Enjoyed the large room, extensive bathroom, and modern restaurant. Convenient proximity to the airport and city center made it easy to explore.

Everything was spot on.

the exclusive amenities such as the spa & wellness centre, and outdoor swimming pool were amazing. the bar was welcoming, and the extensive list of drinks lived up to expectations. the private facilities provided made it feel like a home away from home.

the staff asked for the room number instead of the guest's name, which I found to be a small mistake for a hotel of this caliber.

Rooms are outdated and service was lacking. Although the hotel’s surroundings are beautiful, the rooms themselves need updating. The furnishings and decor are outdated, and the bed was not very comfortable. Additionally, the service was lacking – staff seemed uninterested in helping us and were not very friendly. while there were some positives to our stay, we would not return to this hotel.

During my Xmas stay, I appreciated the attention to detail the hotel staff exhibited as they made a concerted effort to ensure we were comfortable. The hotel was ideally located near beautiful hiking trails and picturesque views of the surrounding hills – we were spoilt for choice when it came to outdoor activities. their mouth-watering selections of traditional Xmas pastries and hot beverages were a delightful experience that truly made us feel the festive spirit.

The thin walls meant it was hard to get a good night’s sleep as we could hear noises from the adjoining rooms. , the spa facilities were not available on-site which meant we had to make arrangements to use them elsewhere.
